In this workshop, we’ll walk through the foundation of your Black Friday and holiday marketing strategy. You’ll determine what you want to promote, who you’re trying to reach, what kind of offer makes sense for your business, and how you’ll get that offer in front of people.
We’ll also explore different ways to market your promotion so you can choose the channels that make the most sense for your business.
You’ll leave with: Defined holiday promotions/plan, your primary marketing channels, a promotional timeline and an overall game plan for the holiday season.

This hands-on workshop will help you turn your holiday strategy into a clear content plan. We’ll look at the different types of content you can use to introduce your offer, build interest, answer questions, create urgency and keep your promotion visible throughout the campaign.
Instead of relying on one Black Friday flyer or repeating the same sales message, you’ll learn how to build content around your promotion and create multiple opportunities for your audience to connect with it.
You’ll leave with: content ideas, key campaign messages, a promotional content plan and a clearer idea of what you need to create before your campaign launches.

This practical workshop will show you how to use AI tools and Canva to make creating promotional graphics, campaign visuals and marketing assets faster and easier, even if graphic design isn't your specialty.
We’ll explore using AI to develop ideas and create mockups, and also explore the basics of Canva to build polished promotional materials for your holiday campaign.
Bring your laptop and come ready to create!
You’ll leave with:
ready-to-use AI prompts, a framework for building effective prompts that produce your desired mockups and visuals, practical techniques for using AI to bring your ideas to life, and Canva skills to turn those ideas into polished promotional graphics for your holiday campaign.

In this beginner-friendly workshop, we’ll walk through the basics of advertising on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager. You’ll learn how to set up a basic campaign, choose an objective, identify and build an audience, set a budget, select your creative, and understand the key numbers that help you determine how your ads are performing.
We’ll also cover the basics of the Meta Pixel and tracking, so you can begin understanding what people do after they interact with your ads.
You’ll leave with:
an understanding of how Meta Ads Manager works, the basic structure of a campaign, audience and targeting fundamentals, budgeting basics, an introduction to the Meta Pixel and tracking, and a framework for launching your own holiday ad campaign.
